Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Worker Wallet online store at worker-wallet.com (the "Store"), operated by Zorvane Group LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting the Store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Using the Store

You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order, or have the consent of a parent or guardian. You agree not to use the Store for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could harm the Store or other users.

2. Products and pricing

We try to describe and show our products as accurately as possible, but colors and details may look slightly different on your screen. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. We may limit quantities, refuse or cancel orders, for example in case of pricing errors or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order you already paid for, we'll refund you in full.

3. Orders and payment

When you place an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you're authorized to use the payment method. An order is accepted once we send you a shipping confirmation.

4. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these Terms.

5. Warranty

Our products come with the warranty described on the product page. Except as stated there, and to the extent allowed by law, products are provided "as is" without other warranties of any kind.

6. Intellectual property

All content in the Store, including text, graphics, logos and images, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be used without our written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zorvane Group LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Store or our products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product involved.

8. Third-party services

The Store may use or link to third-party services (such as payment processors and carriers). We aren't responsible for their content or practices.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New Mexico.
