Shipping Policy

The Worker Wallet store is run by Zorvane Group LLC. Here's what to expect once you place an order.

Processing time

We prepare and ship every order within a maximum of 5 business days. Weekends and holidays don't count toward this window.

Delivery time

After your order ships, delivery usually takes 7–15 business days. These are estimates; carrier delays, peak seasons, weather or customs can sometimes add time.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow your package until it arrives.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away at support@worker-wallet.com and we'll do our best to fix it before the order ships. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for several days or your package hasn't arrived within the expected window, reach out to support@worker-wallet.com and we'll look into it with the carrier.
